The Cornerstone Company recently started clearing a site at the entrance to The Ponds community in Summerville for a new building for Ashley Pines Animal Hospital. The building also features an additional 4,100 SF for dental, medical, or office tenants. The available tenant space is listed by Edward Robinson with The Beach Company. We are both developing and building the project and look forward to completing another great design-build project with LFK Architects, LLC and Earthsource Engineering. The project will be completed in the summer of 2022.
