11 Mar The Cornerstone Company Recently Completed Office Renovations for Sanders Brothers Construction Co. Impressive Results!

Since our inception in 2003, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Sanders Brothers Construction Company, a leading heavy civil/asphalt contractor, on various new buildings and renovation projects. Recently, we teamed up with LFK Architects, LLC, as part of a design-build initiative, to revitalize Sanders’ corporate office building in North Charleston, SC.

Transformed from a tired structure, this building, originally built in the 1970s, defies reasonable expectations. What once seemed in need of a good demolition contractor now stands as a testament to the enduring appeal of retro and “hip” design elements. Who knew that its dated roof lines and features could be so stylishly modern?

Our scope of work included installing new standing seam metal roofing, fiber cement siding, thin brick columns, aluminum storefront doors and windows, and an exposed steel-framed front canopy with Tigerwood decking.

The results of our efforts are truly remarkable and speak for themselves!
