19 May New Bioscience Lab Project in Charleston

The Cornerstone Company has teamed up with Novus Architects, Cline Engineering, and Epic Engineering on a new modern, design-build bioscience lab and office building project.  The project is currently being reviewed by the City of Charleston Design Review Board (DRB).  The 12,800 SF project will house Guild BioSciences in half of the building with for lease office/lab space in the other half.  Ferrer Commercial Real Estate Advisors is the broker for the lease space.  Construction to start in 2020.
